NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE FROM ZONING ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Britton City Council acting as the Britton Zoning Commission will meet on Wednesday, November 13th, 2024, at the hour of 6:30 P.M. in the conference room in the Britton Area Event Center to consider the following Application for Variance from the Zoning Ordinance:
Name of Applicant: Patrick and Jesse Bolzer
Description of Property: Lot 12, Block 10, Fairview Addition, Britton, Marshall County, South Dakota
Variance Requested: Allow installing a fence 217” from the curb or 18” from where the sidewalk would be.
Notice is further given that any person, persons or their attorney may appear at said scheduled hearing and present objections to the above application if any objections there be.
