NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF RIGHT OF WAY
Notice is given that a petition has been filed with the City of Britton to vacate a 20’ wide alley in Block 2, Stuart’s Addition, Marshall County, South Dakota.
A hearing will be held on said petition on the 13th day of November 2024 at 6:30 PM at City Hall located at 1203 3rd St., Britton, SD, at which time and place any person may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
