Help Wanted Summer 2025 – Britton Swimming Pool

Are you passionate about water safety and enjoy working in a dynamic, outdoor environment? We’re seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as lifeguards for the upcoming 2025 pool season. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all our pool patrons.

Responsibilities:
–Monitor Pool Activities: Vigilantly oversee swimmers and enforce pool safety rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
–Safety Preparedness: Be prepared to act swiftly and effi ciently in emergency situations, providing fi rst aid, CPR, and other rescue techniques as necessary.
–Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor with all guests.
–Pool Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of the pool area.

Qualifications:
–Lifeguard Certification: Must complete training to obtain a lifeguard certifi cation. Must be 15 years old by the date of the course. Courses are off ered in April, May & June.
–WSI Certification: Must complete training to obtain a Water Safety Instructor certifi cation to teach swimming lessons. Must be 16 years old by the date of the course. The course is off ered in May.
–Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with guests and work together with co-workers. We are a team.
