NOTICE FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given by the Britton City Council that sealed bids will be accepted at Britton City Hall (located in Britton Area Event Center) on or before 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 14th, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened and considered for the purchase of propane requirements for the period from May 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025 as follows:
Propane as needed for City Shop (1523 Vander Horck), Asphalt trailer located at City Shop (1523 Vander Horck), Britton Area Event Center, Swim Pool, Library and other buildings as requested.
All bids must be on City of Britton bid sheets. They may be picked up at City Hall or download from city web page www.cityofbritton.com. All envelopes with the enclosed bid shall be sealed and plainly marked “Propane Bid.”
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
